Our client a foreign multinational coal mining company has employed us to professionally recruit the following position to be hired immediately as:   GM MINING OPERATION     Requirements: -          Male -          Not more than 45 years old -          Expatriate preferable -          Holding at least S1 degree majoring Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field -          Candidate must have experience with at least 3 years in the General Manager level/role or 10 to 15 years in mining company -          Extensive experience and proven skill in the mining industry, preferably in open cast mining coal mining encompassing a broad range of practical production, maintenance, technical and people management issue -          Experience in monitoring Mine Planning, -          Solid experience in Mine Planning and Mine Operation scope of works by utilizing Mine Planning software & computer systems such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, etc. -          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -           Hold Chief Mine Technical Certificate is mandatory -          Strong people management/leadership skills and managerial quality -          Commitment to KPC safety and environment regulations -          Willing to be located in Melak East Kalimantan     Remuneration: This is a challenging career prospect and a very competitive remuneration oil & benefit package will be offered to qualified candidate.
