PT TOTAL Oil Indonesia is an affiliate of Total Group--a leading energy company originated from France, focusing in downstream industries. We are now looking for young and brilliant individuals to join us to fill the posts of: 1. Dispatching Officer This post will be under the Supply Chain department with main responsibilities cover trucking arrangement for dispatching purpose, manage shipment with transporters, and perform administrative tasks related to the distribution line of TOTAL's lubricants products, etc. Assignment: Jakarta Qualifications: - 3-year-diploma degree in Management or Engineering from reputable universities - GPA of not less than 3.00 - Able to operate major MS Offices programs, especially MS Excel - Quick learner - Meticulous, able to work with details - Good interpersonal skills, able to interact smoothly with various kinds of characteristics - Able to negotiate under varied situations. - Able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also able to perform team work spirit - Pleasant personality - Professional experience in distribution and customer service is preferable 2. Procurement Assistant This post will be under the Supply Chain department with main responsibilities cover administrative and document-related works for importing activities, coordination with import agents, coordination with operation team for stocking purpose, reporting in SAP system, etc. Assignment: Jakarta Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Management or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities - GPA of not less than 3.00 - Able to operate major MS Offices programs, especially MS Excel  - English speaker - Quick learner - Meticulous, able to work with details - Good interpersonal skills, able to interact smoothly with various kinds of characteristics - Able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also able to perform team work spirit - Pleasant personality - Professional experience in importing administrative is preferable IMPORTANT!
